Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 25% charge of all services booked.
In the case of a “no-show” meaning you have failed to attend your scheduled appointment without cancelling prior, will be subject to a 50% charge of all services booked.
